Here's an example of a lesson I did across the elementary to make a color wheel.
Each class was assigned a different color and they were asked to bring in objects from around the house or even the trash. 
Here it is all finished. I glued the objects after school with my art club kids, not during class.
It won an award at the lighthouse center for the arts!
